Use of Royal Mail first class post for most deliveries, which normally means next day delivery from date of despatch. |

| Handling Your enquiry via our experienced staff (with collectively over 125 years of dealings within the electrical spares industry). Feedback - we always aim to provide an excellent service, but we are also aware that we can improve and value your comments. |

| Delivery Service and Charges |
| We try to make the Delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order to your home or work address. |
| We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3.30 pm (Monday - Friday) within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the following working day. |
| We aim to deliver within 4 working days (for UK orders), but due to high order volumes during certain sales periods please allow 7 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. |
